Marissa founded Hylite because she believes it should be easier to recognize the hard-working employees who make our lives better every day. Marissa previously worked at Goldman Sachs as the VP - Head of New Private Wealth Advisor and Business Development Professional Programs and at Merrill Lynch as a Practice Management Consultant. She earned a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Marissa loves going to concerts, trying new restaurants, taking dance classes, sitting by her fire pit, and spending quality time with her husband and their two year old son.

Harcourt graduated from Northwestern University with degrees in User Experience Design Engineering and Psychology. She is now a part of the 2020 Experience Lab Digital Marketing and Storytelling cohort with the University of Pennsylvania. Harcourt loves drawing, technology, graphic design, Law and Order: SVU, apple cider, and long walks with friends around the very hilly city of San Francisco. She is thrilled to be running the social media and improving the UX Design for Hylite.

Hannah graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. Now a part of the 2020 Experience Lab Business Development & Sales cohort with the University of Pennsylvania, Hannah is so excited to be spearheading Business Development for Hylite. Hannah enjoys doing crossword puzzles, baking, reading, playing soccer, singing along to her favorite musicals, and teaching herself German.
