Weekly Hylite Roundup (August 27)


We’ve got another batch of winners in this week’s Hylite Roundup! As always, our frontline employees are bringing their A-game and helping create meaningful experiences with customers. Keep reading to see some of the amazing things that have happened this week!

It’s only been two weeks since we’ve gone live at Wendy’s, and already we’re seeing some great Hylites come in! Shout out to Daniel for rocking the drive through and keeping things quick and organized.

Nelly, Sinai Urgent Care Employee

These days, health is on the forefront of everyone’s mind, and so efficient and welcoming medical care is always appreciated. Nelly is clearly doing an awesome job making patients feel comfortable and cared for!

Chris, Burger House Employee

Going the extra mile is always appreciated, even if customers might not always mention it. In this case, Chris’ excellent service and willingness to go out of his way to help made all the difference to this customer!

TJ, Sinai Urgent Care Employee

Another Hylite from Sinai Urgent Care, this time featuring TJ. Looking at the Hylites for both TJ and Nelly, it becomes clear the delicate line healthcare employees have to walk: being personable yet polite, and thorough yet efficient, while ultimately remaining kind and caring. Kudos to TJ for a great job with this patient!

Dimple & Sabrina, Dunkin' Employees

To wrap things up, our Dunkin’ superstars are still on their A-game, this time educating first-time customers on the ins-and-outs of cold brew coffee. Great job to Dimple and Sabrina as always!
