Weekly Hylite Roundup (July 16)

We’ve got another batch of winners in this week’s Hylite Roundup! As always, our frontline employees are bringing their A-game and helping create meaningful experiences with customers. Keep reading to see some of the amazing things that have happened this week!

Dave, Run On! Employee

Run On! consistently gets wonderful and detailed Hylites every day, shouting out the expertise and patience of the employees. It takes a really special team to have such a strong impact on so many people, so props to Dave and all the other Run On! employees for always going the extra mile!

Matty, I Love Juice Bar Employee

Visiting a new eatery for the first time can be exciting but also daunting, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the menu. That’s why it’s so important to have employees like Matty, who will ensure that first-time visitors have a great experience and leave completely satisfied!

Sabrina, Dunkin' Employee

Can we put a vote of agreement in for Sabrina and her coworkers as employees of the month? We get so many fantastic Hylites from this Dunkin’ location that it’s easy to see where this reviewer is coming from! This also demonstrates one of the great ways that employers can use Hylite for performance reviews, and as a way to identify and recognize top-performers!

Leslie, University Eye Specialists Manager

This Hylite is a bit different from ones that we typically see-- instead of recognizing a current employee, it’s spotlighting an employee who is leaving for a new position. It’s a new way of using Hylite that is totally exciting! Congratulations to Leslie for her years of hard work, and good luck with all future endeavors!

Lesly, Georgetown Gourmet Market Employee

Remember last week, when we showed off one of our first Georgetown Gourmet Hylites? Positivity has a ripple effect, and we’ve seen even more great Hylites come in since then, including this wonderful shout out from a customer who was saved from the frustration of travel delays by a set of bright smiles.
