A theme that pops up frequently in Hylites is just how much customers appreciate the expertise of employees. Whether it’s menu recommendations at Dunkin’, or advice on tennis shoes at Run On!, customers love feeling like they can trust that they’ve made the best decision possible because of tips or advice from employees. The best part is, this doesn’t need to eat up a ton of time-- as you can see with Bill, who was able to be kind, helpful, as well as efficient, with this customer.

Working in the healthcare profession can be emotionally challenging, especially in times like these. Not only are the regular demands of the career to be considered, but also the high emotions in patients and families who frequent care centers. One of the most important skills is the ability to stay level-headed while calming stressed-out patients. For that, we’d like to recognize Jenny, for helping this patient feel more at ease.

Another Hylite recognizing high-quality patient care and professionalism-- though we like this one in particular due to the ending. This reviewer says it better with emojis than we could with words-- peace, strength, gratitude, and 100% satisfaction are all great emotions that you want your customers to walk away with, and empowering employees with positive feedback is the best way to ensure they keep giving their best work and helping people every day.

Having launched at Shug’s only this month, we’ve received a spectrum of Hylites about employee friendliness, efficiency, and, of course, winning recommendations! This Hylite shows off all the ways that Shug’s Bagels employees are the best of the best.

LA Fitness is another location that we’ve newly expanded to, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the sort of feedback that’s been coming in. Not only has the team at LA fitness helped this reviewer have a great experience while working out, they’ve made an undeniable impact on his or her life as well. Creating such a welcoming environment that this reviewer feels at home even while working out is an absolutely awesome feat that deserves recognition!
