Weekly Hylite Roundup (July 9)
We’ve got another batch of winners in this week’s Hylite Roundup! As always, our frontline employees are bringing their A-game and helping create meaningful experiences with customers. Keep reading to see some of the amazing things that have happened this week!
Jay, Burger House Server
Jay made quite an impact on this guest, and their rave review shows it. At Hylite, we believe that positive customer feedback not only helps management know which employees are doing a great job, but it also allows employees to be recognized on a larger scale-- which is exactly what this Hylite does. Burger House ought to be proud to have Jay as an employee, and Jay deserves to know it, too!
Alexis, University Eye Specialists Employee
Our eyes are one of the most complicated and precious parts of our body, and taking good care of them requires a lot of technical knowledge. Patients at UES always comment on how much they appreciate the in-depth explanations offered by their staff, as it eases their worries and sets them up for great results. Well done, Alexis!
Alba, Georgetown Gourmet
While this Hylite might not seem like much, it’s important to us, as it’s one of the first Hylites to come in from Georgetown Gourmet Market, one of our newer locations. Watching the Hylite hype spread is exciting-- almost as exciting as the expertise and professionalism demonstrated by Alba in this Hylite!
Dinora & Jenny, Dunkin' Baristas
How you start your morning can set the tone for the rest of the day. A nice cup of coffee and a friendly attitude is the best sort of morning you could ask for, and props to Dinora and Jenny for delivering that kind of service day after day!
Dimple, Dunkin' Barista
You might be familiar with Dimple from our feature on her from earlier this week! As always, Dimple is working hard and charming customers, helping them to have a great experience at the Dunkin’ location where she works.
That’s all for this week’s Hylite Roundup! We hope you enjoyed this feature of some of the amazing members of the Hylite community. Tune in next week for even more examples of care, kindness, and positivity!
